General Information

Icing- after your first adjustment is recommended that you use ice 2 to 3 times per day for at least 2 days.  Apply ice for 20 minutes and remove for approximately 2 hours, make sure the body part is completely warm before re applying ice.

Soreness- due to the nature of chiropractic manipulation you may experience temporary soreness and tenderness in the area of the adjustment, this is normal.  If it persists more than 24 hours please call and talk to Dr. Hildebrand about it.
